Casio Watch Whoop Fitting
Designed and 3D-printed a custom-fitting adapter that allows a Casio watch to integrate seamlessly with a Whoop band, allowing Whoop users to not need to wear another watch and be able to tell the time.
The design required precise measurements of both the Casio case lugs and the Whoop band attachment points. Using Fusion 360, I modeled 2 different attachment frames for the connection between the Casio and Whoop. Using the Whoop's battery charging s lot, the watch slides on and off in an elegant, seamless way. The 3D-printed part is used to rapidly iterate and will eventually be made out of metal.
After several iterations to dial in the fit tolerance and durability, the part is going through final R&D stages before being 3D-printed in Metal.
